Lets Work Through It Counselling & Therapy Services
Why Counselling?
With all that life holds and the demands placed upon us, both personally and professionally, there are times when we can feel overwhelmed and coping
becomes emotionally and physically exhausting. We may share our concerns/issues with family and friends, who can be extremely supportive, yet,
there may also be times when we wish to talk to someone who is separate from our situation.
Counselling provides a safe, non-judgemental,
confidential environment, where we can openly discuss thoughts, feelings and behaviours that have brought us to this point in our life.
Within a supportive, trusting relationship, a Counsellor will actively listen, engage and work with us, effectively empowering us to find
our own way forward, in a way that we feel is best.
How I Work

warmth and providing a safe environment underpin my practice. I aim to support you within the Counselling process, through a genuine regard

towards finding a more balanced sense of self. As an Integrative Counsellor, I work with a range of theoretical approaches. I am Person
