Welcome
Counselling offers you the opportunity to work through issues and concerns that affect your well-being. A professional relationship built on trust, warmth and respect can help identify, explore and clarify that which is impacting your life.
Sharing your thoughts, emotions and behaviour with a trained Counsellor can help you have a better understanding of yourself and others, enabling you to find a way forward, in a way that you feel is best.
As an Integrative Counsellor, I work with a range of theoretical approaches. I am Person Centred throughout but may use elements of other approaches such as Psychodynamic, CBT, T.A, Motivational Interviewing, dependent upon client's needs.
